What other parents say

“Jo has been amazing, patiently motivating and directing a typically grumpy teenage boy. Zoom is not the easiest medium to teach on, but Jo has successfully taught my son, giving him the tools to achieve better grades and benefit from significant improvements in his English school work. Positive results, lovely personality, punctual, reliable and reasonably priced what more could a parent (or student) want?”

Tessie, Yr 10 Parent

“We feel so lucky to have found Jo during this tricky time. My son is in year 8 and is finding home schooling very difficult. He misses the teacher/student interaction in the classroom and although I attempt to try and explain what he needs to do, neither of us are confident with my explanation. My son has written this review… ‘Jo tutors me in English on Mondays and she is lots of help, especially in a times like this where children can’t reach out to their teachers. Before I started being tutored by Jo I didn’t understand analysation, but now after only 3 sessions I completely understand it. When she helps me she is very calm and patient and she broke it down into easy stages and explained it in great detail.’ Thank you Jo for helping Will, he is far more confident and realises he is capable of achieving the tasks set by his school teacher. I would highly recommend Jo to any child struggling with their school work.”
